Reiki Session (In-Person)

Description

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and healing. Some would say it's like Acupuncture without the needles. It's based on the belief that we have both a physical body and an energetic body. Disruptions in the flow of energy through the energetic body can trickle down into problems that affect us on a physical, mental, and/or emotional level. A Reiki practitioner uses gentle, non-invasive hand placements to channel universal life force energy (Reiki) and help bring the energetic body back to balance. This, in effect, can help heal those problems created on a physical, mental, and/or emotional level. Reiki is not a miracle cure, though. It can take years for problems to manifest beyond the energetic body to a physical, mental, or emotional level and likewise it can take time to heal as well. During a Reiki session with me, I like to also "tune-in" and let my clients know where I'm feeling the energetic imbalance(s). I then give tips on ways they can help to restore or keep that energetic balance outside of their Reiki session(s). I feel this is important to help prevent people from going back to the same habit(s) that brought on the imbalance in the first place, thereby creating the same imbalance again. I offer in-person sessions at my home office for those that are local to the Newfolden, MN area. I will email you with my address along with some additional information after scheduling your session. Please note that I do have a pet-friendly home. I don't allow them into my office space, but keep this in mind if you have any allergies.
