
Refund Policy
If you're unhappy with your session for any reason, please let me know and I'll issue you a full refund. I would never want to accept payment from someone that found their session to be anything less than helpful. I do my best to judge when a reading has gone well or not but that’s not always easy to do, so I try to allow my clients to make that call.
Any requests for refunds should be made within 2 weeks after the time of your session. Refund requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and take an additional 2 to 3 days to reach your account after that. If you're using PayPal, refunds may take 5 - 7 days after the request is processed as the funds have to be transferred to PayPal then back to your account which takes additional time.
When canceling or rescheduling, please know that I will issue a full refund if given more than 48 hours notice and a partial refund (50%) if given less than 48 hours notice. A "no call/no show" will receive no refund, so please make sure to set any needed reminders and arrive to your session on time. I try to wait for at least 10 minutes after the session starts as I understand things happen, but after that I will be forced to cancel the appointment in order to keep on-time with other upcoming sessions.
