Reiki Level 1 Class
Description
This is an introductory class where we will cover the history of Reiki, how Reiki works, and attune you to begin practicing on yourself as well as family and friends! It's recommended that you receive at least one Reiki session before becoming attuned to practice Reiki yourself. On the day of your class, you'll receive your own personal Reiki level 1 manual and we'll spend the first 30 minutes to an hour going through it together and answering any questions you may have. Next, we'll do a guided meditation to help relax and open your intuitive senses. I'll then begin the attunement process. An attunement is almost like having a Reiki session only you'll be seated in a chair and the movements and hand positions will not take as long as those that are held during a Reiki session. The meditation and attunement process takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Afterwards, I'll leave time to practice as well. Classes are held in-person at my home office in Newfolden, MN. The exact address will be sent after signing up. Please note that I have a pet-friendly home. I don't allow my pets in my office area but that doesn't always guarantee against an allergic reaction.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please give me at least 48 hours notice. The sooner I know the better, that way others may have a chance to schedule an appointment at that time. I will issue a full refund if given more than 48 hours notice and a partial refund (50%) if given less than 48 hours notice. A "no call/no show" will receive no refund. I thank you for your understanding as I try to keep my services available to everyone as best as I can.
